About Our Doctor

Dr. Abraham K. Sleem is a board certified Ophthalmic Surgeon and Clinical Instructor at NYU Hospital.

Dr. Sleem has over 7 years of experience. He graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he was awarded a research scholarship for glaucoma research. He completed his transitional internship at Maimonides Medical Center and furthered his residency in Ophthalmology at Albany Medical Center, where he also held the chief resident position.

Dr. Sleem is the chief of Ophthalmology at Woodhull Hospital and a clinical instructor at NYU Hospital, where he trains and teaches Ophthalmology residents in eye care and eye surgery.
